• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Technically yes, but I am hesitant to ship outside the US due to the unreliability of customs, extreme cost, large amounts of time, etc. I am but a simple artist and I do not have the capital to replace large purchases lost in the chaos of international shipping. But I am happy to send smaller items (stickers, etc) this way.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Actual shipping times vary based on your local service. I ship 3-day Priority from Portland, OR. However, actual processing times may vary. Smaller, in-stock items will typically be shipped out within the week. Larger items (ie Print to Order) may take several weeks. These items will have their time frames listed within the product.

  I cannot predict shipping times for international customers.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
